How can I place a request for return or exchange?

to raise an exchange or return request. Our customer service team operates between 9AM-6PM from Monday to Friday.

How long do I have to return my garments?

You can return your order within 10 days of its delivery.

Note-For reasons including hygiene, we do not accept returns or exchanges of briefs, panties, or an opened box of multi-piece sets that includes panties.

How long does it take to process my Exchange/Refund?

Returns parcels can take up to 7 days to reach our warehouse and another 7 days for your exchange or refund to be processed.

Can I change my mind once my order is processed?

Once your order has been completed in the system, the only changes we can make are
to cancel your order or to swap a size or colour (provided the swapped colour
is of equal value). However, if your order has been dispatched, you can still refuse the delivery of the ordered item(s)

What payment forms do you accept?

Thread 11 accepts payment via credit card (MasterCard or VISA), debit card, wallets,
UPI, Net Banking and EMI and COD.

How long will my order take to reach me?

Standard Delivery service usually takes between 5-7 business days, but it is dependent on your location.

When my order gets dispatched?

Orders placed before 12:00 PM will be shipped the same day. Orders placed after 12:00 PM will be shipped the next working day morning.

How can I track my order?

You can track your order via the partner tracking website using the parcel’s unique
tracking number or AWB number. You will be advised of this unique tracking number or AWB number by email, once your order has been dispatched.
